All three women's rape kits sat untested for more than a year, and it took about a year and a half for the families to receive autopsy results. Rhonda Jones' mother created a group called 'Shatter The Silence' which aims to help those who have lost family members to murder or have family members who are missing in Robeson County. There are many questions surrounding this investigation, and as you'll hear, the FBI stepped in to help local law enforcement, but why haven't there been any arrests?
